Issue notable for the upper wrapper color illustration by Kelly Freas (headed 'This Issue Will Make J. F. K. -- MAD (Mainly Because He Isn't Mentioned Once!), depicting a presidential news conference with Kennedy scratching his head behind the lectern (supposedly as a reaction to a question posed by interviewee Alfred E. Neuman). Also notable for such contents as 'The Lighter Side of TV Sets', 'The MAD Mythology Primer', 'Don Martin Department' (3 different illustrated works), 'Future Telephone Triumphs', etc. Still a fairly well-preserved copy internally.Over 100 b/w Illustrations.
