Printed at Love Press studio, Orange, CA, and the studio and print room at Otis Art Institute, Los Angeles (date is conjecture; not dated anywhere in volume). Signed by Herms and Majima on title page; each print also signed and numbered in pencil by the respective artist. One of 81 numbered copies (the entire edition), printed on Stonehenge paper, laid loose as issued (with tissue guards) in black handmade embossed acid-free folding case, with matching black cloth ties.
