Notable for the folding engraved plate preceding title page of volume 1, with a general view of the city, including the city's arms. 3 volumes complete (volume 1 dated 1782, volume 2 dated 1784 and volume 3 dated 1805); bound in 3/4 contemporary brown calf over matching boards, gilt-ruled spines with raised bands, gilt-stamped tan morocco spine labels, plain endpapers, edges stained brick-red (volume 1) or dark brown (volumes 2 and 3). A Good set, with general wear (rubbing and chipping) to head and foot of spines; edges, corners and covers rubbed; some internal browning, foxing and stains; previous owner's minimal pencil annotations.
