Stab bound, reverse fold with original ties; browning and wear to text margin, chip to front endpaper, minor bend to covers. Rear endpaper has an ink name to the top margin, else interior is unmarked. A catalogue of artwork by numerous artists featured at the 1918 semi-centennial celebration of the 'opening' of Hokkaido, which traveled to multiple locations in Japan from August 1st to September 19th and contained educational and historical exhibits as well. This copy was printed in 1919.
