Laid in loose in the rear pocket are 11 cards belonging to an engineer on the program, including 6 certification/course completion cards (IBM Certificate; Propellant Hazards Qualification; Kennedy Space Center training card; Kennedy Space Center Hypergolic Propellant Hazards Training; Explosive Devices Safety; and MTM Association card Brookley Air Force Base); 1 medical certificate card qualified for Ordnance Handler; 1 State of Florida Voter Registration Card; and Identification Employee card, identifying as a Qualified Ordnance Engineer Boeing Co; and two Apollo/Saturn Temporary Mission Decal laminated cards one for Apollo 10 and one for 11. All the cards date from Sept 11, 1967 to Sept 23, 1969. // The S-IC was the first stage of the American Saturn V rocket, and was manufactured by the Boeing Company. This handbook provides System Test Management personnel with a functional understanding of overall system operation and the interrelationship of stage systems. It provides system schematic and or electrical block diagrams of each system. It also provides other pertinent information relative to the Saturn/Apollo Program.
