One of 150 signed and numbered copies, this being #45 (each is signed by the author and illustrator). Five (of six) poetry broadsides, letterpress printed and illustrated (mostly by colored woodcut ), each measures 14.75 x 22 inches. The set includes: Ice Fishing, by Siv Cedering; Illustrated by Carol Denison / The Good Silence, by Robert Bly; Illustrated by Micah Schwaberow / Bristlecone, by William Stafford; Illustrated by Patricia Waters / Vulture Weather, by Diane Wakoski; Illustrated by Elizabeth Quandt / Blue Africa, for Angela Jackson, by Denise Levertov; Illustrated by Maurice Laff. The set was designed and printed by Carol Denison and David Pascoe. Series I of a projected series of two that were to collect all 12 broadsides produced by the Calliopea Press, issued during the mid-1980's. The second series was never completed, and the project was never completed beyond the first six poets (five are represented here). All are in Fine condition. Rare.
