1) A PAX newsletter (3 printed pages, rectos only) featuring the minutes of the Annual meeting held February 11, 1968, that highlight the three resolution passed including the confrontational #3 regarding dissent and civil disobedience. 2) A 1 page typed letter on PAX letterhead from co-founder and noted peace movement meber Eileen Egan, to noted poet, Catholic, and fellow member of the anti-war movement Denise Levertov, gifting her two books published by PAX, and mentioning the departure for PAX in passing resolution #3; and is signed by Egan in pen. 3) as mentioned in the letter Eileen is sending Denise the 'Angry Arts piece' WHAT ARE THE ELDERS OF THEIR VILLAGE THINKING? a verse play by Eileen Egan, a 24pp., saddle-stapled wraps. All three items are in Very Good condition, with some edgewear to the letters and newsletter; the book has some taning along the edges of the cover, and slight bumping to the corners.
