Bound in red medium stock folder, 3 brass brads at spine edge, printed black on upper wrapper ('Property of / [logo] / Universal / City Studios / Universal City, California'). Carothers (1931-2007; also 'AJ' Carothers), American playwright and television writer, famous for his work with Disney ('Flight of the White Stallions', 1965; 'Emil and the Detectives', 1966; 'Nanny and the Professor, 1970 (creator of that series); etc).
