1 page (2 1/2' x 4' card; recto only). Bold signature in purple ink (with paraph-like final letter). Slight browning to edges; else a well-preserved example. Bynner (1842-93), Massachusetts-born lawyer and author; best known for the dialect romance 'Agnes Surriage' (1886) and his compilation of children's stories 'The Chase of the Meteor' (1892); also wrote several historical novels.
