Scarce - includes the superb double-page panoramic view of the city from Capitol Hill, flanked at left by Mt. Rainier, and at right by the Olympics, with Puget Sound at rear. Original blue wraps embossed in gilt and printed in dark blue, dutotone pictorial label on upper cover (some minor light stains and edge wear to covers; smudge to lower corner of first page of text). This work has been erroneously recorded in Worldcat as by Curt Telch, but Teich is the correct spelling of the firm of printers credited on page 1. But the rear cover notes: 'Published by Lowman & Hanford Co., Seattle.' Notes: Sepia Gravure Plates.
